The Venue with the Big Heart (and Even Bigger Ribs)
We’ve hosted multiple sold-out fundraisers right here in Ballarat — and watched local legends raise thousands of dollars for causes close to their hearts.
Our venue comfortably caters to up to 100 guests across two semi-private dining areas, creating the perfect space for raffles, speeches, trivia, and an unforgettable night out. Whether you’re organising for a school P&C, a local sports team, or a charity event, we’ve got a setup that ticks all the boxes.
Three Legendary Fundraising Packages
Option 1: All-You-Can-Eat Ribs ($99pp)
Endless flame-grilled pork ribs basted in our signature sauce — this is a carnivore’s dream and a crowd-pleaser you’ll have no trouble selling tickets to. Includes a $20 donation per ticket directly to your fundraiser. Come hungry. Leave heroic.
Option 2: Three-Course Set Menu ($99pp)
An alternate drop menu that covers all the bases — appetisers, entrées, mains and dessert. It’s a proper sit-down event with plenty of wow factor. And yes, just like the ribs option, $20 from every ticket goes straight to your cause.
Option 3: Cocktail-Style Fundraiser (from $79pp)
For a more relaxed and social style of event, we now offer a cocktail-style fundraiser package with circulating canapés, bar service, and flexible space for mingling, auctions, or live entertainment. We’ll work with you to create a tailored package that includes a $15–$20 per ticket donation depending on your menu and drink selections.
It’s perfect for stylish fundraising nights, launches, or casual community events — and yes, we can absolutely theme it to suit your cause (pink drinks for Breast Cancer Awareness? We’re in).
Drinks, Décor & A Bit of Fun(draising)
Our full bar service is ready to roll — and we love customising cocktails to suit your theme. You bring the prizes, raffle items, or auction pieces, and we’ll help you build the atmosphere. We also partner with one of Ballarat’s top trivia hosts, so if you want someone to run the room with raffles, banter, and belly laughs, we’ve got you covered.
Raise Up to $10,000 in One Legendary Night
With great food, the right crowd, and a little magic, many of our fundraisers bring in between $5,000 and $10,000. You bring the community. We’ll bring the feast.
